Shift collars

Hello my friends, hoping everyone is well. Forgive me if I'm asking a question in the wrong place, I am an old man and just haven't stayed up with the times, despite this please help me with an answer;
I have a 1968 Fury III, I installed an old fashioned Indy matic on the floor.
Eventually I plan to dremel off the column shift handle mount, mud and paint it. Just in case it needs to be put back to stock (maybe when I'd ever sell it the buyer wants it just the way it came,
1. Are B body column shift collars the same as C bodies?
2. Are any truck years the same?
I found a collar on Ebay for a B body, then I'd have one just in case. Thank you

Geez, I'm not sure if the B-body and C-body collars were the same??? IF they are, you can buy a b-body 4-speed/console automatic shift collar that is smooth all around and doesn't have that column shifter connection. Maybe Tony's Parts? has reproductions or look for a used one. Are C-body floor shift collars hard to find?
