So Garry (Wollfen) came by my place a few days ago. Well on his way up his radiator went bad. Hole busted in it. He limped it over here & we looked around some of my parts cars & nothing I had would work. So I called some local parts stores. The only one that had one was over an hour away. So we decide to try local junk yards. Only one was open. They told us they had one. 15 minutes away. Grabed the old radiator & headed over. Got there & it was pretty obvious they just said that to get us to come over. They gave us this old SATURN & told us to drive around the yard looking at all the Dodge trucks & Vans. So the old SATURN had 3 flat tires & was missing parts , but off we went down through the lumpy bumpy dirt paths. They Didn't have one so I called that parts store & told them we where on our way. What a day Garry got back on the road a little after 5 PM. He got to my place around 11 AM. The junk yard didn't have any old MOPARS. Just one old Galaxy, Cutlass & a Firebird

That looks like one of my friend's cars...

At least you guys had a car day together. It would of been even better if you didn't have to chase down that radiator.

Garry is lucky. If that junk yard had been full of old Mopars I would have stayed until they run me off. And I kinda think the old man lives there.

What's next for you two, a weekend ski trip???:poke:

Detmatt we do actually have a ski slope. A little town about a half hour away called Wilton. It's on the way to the race track I go to a lot. There is a sign that says Wilton Ski Slop. With a stick figure skiing. I've never been & honestly haven't heard anything about it. It can't be more than a thousand feet. The hills around there just aren't that high. And it doesn't snow enough so they would have to use those snow machines. I need to go check it out one day

We have a couple of small ski hills that were actually formed with garbage and when I was younger I enjoyed them a few times until I skiid the Rockies...
