I'm sure it doesn't sound like much but I found a hood ornament for my car. And the icing on the cake was that it was only $26 shipped to my door. And it's got patina... matches the shape of the rest of the car quite well.
Oh, and with the metal dash in the car, I can again put up my little 'fridge magnets I used to have on my cars way back when (don't ask me how they managed to make it these last 30 years). Ah, the universe is once again in balance.
