Just bought a 72 Polara Custom and enjoy this forum. I got all my pre purchase info here.

Location: Seattle Area

I bought that Canary yellow 360 coupe that was around Seattle CL for $1650. Car has 46,001 miles and the gal I bought the car from bought it New in 72. All original keys, books, Moroni, and service records. It was an excellent deal. New disc brakes and tires, needed a starter. I purchased this morning and did starter, plugs, fuel pump, old fuel out New in, greased all fittings, pb blasted all the joints such as carb linkage, and fixed the rear trunk latch tumbler.
Here’s some pics, glad to be here. Radio, all lights, cruise control, horn, ALL WORKS!

Thanks everyone, at this point I’m not driving the car much. I’ve got all the trim off (for polishing ) using my tried and true Coca Cola and tinfoil trick on the bumpers and chrome. I’m thinking white exterior, it’ll be classy and the green interior will match well. What do you gents think?
