    You absolutely need the FSM.
No amount of describing by anyone is going to help you on which, what, where, without the diagram in front of you.

This is not a hard conversion to do, I have done it many times. First and foremost you must decide what ignition system and carb you are going to use. Then get ALL the parts needed. Do the ignition system first, you can get that pretty well dialed in BEFORE you change the carb. On some of your settings you may have to shoot from the hip and use ones from an earlier car equipped like yours. Also does your state do emission testing? Get all the answers before you start.

If you have the ability to install all of what you've listed, asking us which vacuum lines you can remove is like Bill Gates asking a computer forum how to move a file to the recycle bin.

Then why do you want to rip it out? If it's running well at this point in time leave it alone, until it dies. It's actually a decent system until they go wrong. I've had many cars with it and have had very good luck with them, as long as you don't go ripping things out that you don't understand.
If it runs well, leave it alone! Don't over think it, there were a lot of horror stories about the system that were dead wrong. Mostly from backyard mechanics who had no idea how it actually worked. Someone they knew who didn't know any better said they are junk so, they made them junk by pulling this off and that off until they rendered the system inoperative.

If you do replace it, I hope you replace it with a Mopar system. There are many threads on here about the many troubles with after market systems.
The original Chrysler electronic system is pretty much bullet proof. Very simple and very inexpensive.
