Who's going to the Nats 2018?

I was really busy in the parts department but it was great to see Mike, Dave and 1 ot 2 others that stopped by to shake hands(please don’t be upset that I’m not great with names the first time I meet new people). I also managed to go see this beauty that I would not have seen had Mike not told me it was there. Oh and Ross stopped by on Sunday morning to say hello.

You didn’t cal??? I just assumed you couldn’t make it.

Honestly Matt, I cheesed man. When we got there it was sensory overload. And the sweet sweet smell of race gas got me intoxicated. I was supposed to call like 3 people and didnt call any of them. Freakin dingbat.

Always great to see you Matt. I was so taken by this beauty, I failed to mention to Matt that it was a convertible, it did not have power vents however. :)

Matt graciously loaned me a couple of items, details later this year, when I can tell which end is up.

I am behind on uploading some pictures hopefully I will have some time this evening.

That New Yorker would be on my list "to buy" if it ever came available.....
Beautiful car ....

That red Convertible Imp was just bought and driven to Pittsburgh area from Texas. So the story told to me by my buddy.
I have no pictures to speak of.

Dave thanks once again for saving a spot for me and Goldie, it was nice to see you and you family. It was great to have space under your 5 tents to come relax and get out of the rain. Glad you took a picture of the group. I dropped the ball and didn't take a picture of the group.

3 trucks I loved, the Li'l Red was Dave's brother in laws. It was a 2 year beautiful restoration. Correct me if I am wrong Dave.

Yep, they wanted to bring it last year, half done, just the cab and clip, no bed resto but it didn't work out. His brother did all the body work rust and accident damage repair, and paint. It is really, really perfect.

Any more pics of that brown beauty in post#70?
Sorry the only 2 I took. It was a nice solid driver. I honestly believe it was all original survivor. Everything complete and typical weathering inside and out. Paint was faded but don't recall any rust issues including around the vinyl top.

That`s not bad to have only the two of them. Sounds to be in a pretty nice condition.
