Tomatoes dont ripen until Fall.
The F150 stays. It's more reliable than a pension check right now.

Some would say the same things about an old car............

BUT, those damn bias plys give a horrible ride and are Sooooo unsafe.

I didn't even click on the link. Bias ply's? Why in thee **** would Stan want those?

Not really, they are new and he isnt driving at a high rate of speed and not doing slalom corners...... I came close to buying them for my convertible 9 years ago but realized it wasnt that important

Yes but the engineering is sound and cutting car for todays supension doesn't make good sense. Changing tires is easy massive improvement even cheap suv tires are better than 30 year old performance tires.

I like the looks.
It's perfect for a 76 NYB.

It's as if you perfectly restored the kitchen in your 1920's Arts & Crafts and put in a modern Stainless fridge. 99% there and you effed it up at the last second.

And that's the reason I don't buy them. I love them but in my case is a waste of money. But for Mr. C, that's another story.

They do look good, but are not decent tires if you want to use them. My Brother got a set(Redlines) for a 69 GTX. Looked period correct, but man that thing lost all grip and handled like a shopping cart.

Anybody running bias plies should have a police escort to warn the innocent drivers who actually run safe equipment.

We have a local guy who runs a fully restored EV2 AAR on bias plys and runs that car at high rates of speed anywhere he goes

Does running those tires mean my speedo will be correct?
