Ok, I'm not going to go into this stuff in too much detail otherwise I would be writing a 100 page article. I did this stuff for a few years and while some of it could be a good return, a lot of the time it was long long hours of archival research with many hours of digging and frustration with relatively little result. Mind you, there is still stuff to be found, it's just a helluva lot of work and money.
