If all else fails....I know a shop in Indiana that will bend a set of stainless dual's (minus mufflers) for $500.

Make sure you ditch those exhaust clamps....those things are horrible and will make it almost impossible to remove your exhaust later.

I have been using these for many years now....Stainless steel band clamps.

You can get them for pretty much any size exhaust. Make sure you get the stepped ones. I got my last ones through Summit, but Jegs, or any good parts house should be able to get them.

I got the old exhaust system stripped out of Jazebelle, from cyl heads back.
I had the HP manifolds resurfaced at the head mating surface and have installed them. Also swedged, (expanded) the TTI pipes to better fit my mufflers.
I was assured the system was a bolt on ...... but I think someone lied. I test fitted the system and the pipes fit great. I am having an issue with the muffler hangers supplied. They are not "as" original and I may just trash them. The driver side won't work at all. I'm not sure if I got an incorrect hanger bracket or it the convertible uses a different trunk floor pan. parts book shows no.

I will need to shorten the tail pipes about 6-7 inches so that the down turn tips will clear the trailer hitch.

My hangers are the same. Everything went in OK on the passenger side, but I had to finesse the lower lip on the crossmember/brace on the driver's side to get the hanger to sit flat. The pipes also goes in easier if you install from the rear towards the front as shown on the instruction sheet.

Yes, same here on the passenger side. The hanger will bolt into the original holes on the driver side OK, but the "tabs" for the insulator are flat against the bottom of the trunk floor. There is no way the insulators will go on.
I'll probably just redesign the bracket to fit.

The tail pipes slide in from the rear just fine. The instructions say start from the rear but I think that is misleading. From the manifolds back worked best for me.
