I went with 15 inch wheels on my Coronet wagon and Newport. They just fill up the wheel openings better and make the cars ride and handle better 15 x 6 and 15 x 7 on the Newport and 15 x 7 and 15 x 9 on the Coronet.
That's a good decision on your part to go bigger IMHO.

I like the Classics better than what's pictured on the car. Although I'm not really keen on either choice. I think I'd be looking at an older design, or a modern take on an older design.

ONE consideration, to me, would be keeping the same backspacing as what's on the car now. Other than that, the Keystones would probably be more "period correct" than the Magnums, as much as I like the Magnum 500 style wheels.
