My Imperial did not have a fan shroud when I bought it. From looking at the FSM, it appears this is a two piece shroud.
#1 - Does anyone have any photos of the fan shroud they can share with me; both installed and out of the vehicle?
#2 - Does anyone have one for sale?
Thank you.
Does anyone know the hub bore diameter for the 65 Imperial? I assume front and rear are the same since wheels can be moved front to rear.
Any problems with using non hub centric wheels? Thanks!
If you have free time tomorrow and can run over to Thonotosassa and look at a piece of property for me, I'll pay you for your time, trouble and expenses.
If this is you, please text my ce11; 865.803;2432. Thank you.
Does anyone know of a source that sells negative battery cables, with the body ground having a terminal (not a butt connector like the auto parts stores ones have) in ready made lengths? (See photo) I bought this 24-inch one 20+ years ago. Now I could use a 30-inch one. This is for my 72...
100 years ago - 1923 - automobiles were pretty basic and Chrysler was born in 1925.
We've loved our Chryslers and Imperials during our short time here.
Where do you think our cars will be - and with who - in 100 years from now?
Will our hobby and passion continue?
Will our loved, restored /...
I searched for posts about this subject before posting. Newest post I could find was 2018. Anyone have any experiences or knowledge they can share? Does it work? Worth the investment of a machine?
Thanks,
Ron
I'd like to get these two "THREE HUNDRED" emblems restored. Does anyone know of a place that does this sort of thing?
Thanks in advance for any knowledge, info, suggestions!
Back in the 70's, my Dad owned a gas station.
I remember my Mom taking us there to visit my Dad and the big treat was "hot food sandwiches" made in some magical oven!
Some vendor (like Schwan's/Stewarts?? perhaps???? [memory poor]) supplied these "ovens" - maybe like toaster ovens? - and the...
Moderators - sorry if this isn't the appropriate place for this post. Please move accordingly!
I've spent time researching old and current posts regarding "best Mopar restoration shops" in the USA. Lots of opinions, experiences and advice in all those posts; which is great. Ultimately a person...
(EDITED) 1965 not 1966 Imperial, original paint, black on black 413. Running driving. Running driving. Has rust. 55-year old southern-car-living-outside type rust. Not Northern salted-winter-roads type rust. Running driving. 413. Black paint. I bought this car to make a partial Green Hornet...
I know I know - everyone hates this subject! But all the old threads I searched are mostly "words". I'm a visual kinda-guy. Is this right? What about coupe and sedan? Did that play a factor in 1970 Sport Fury's?? Thank you for the help!
Check out this picture I labeled. Do I have it...
I don't have a clue. A, B, C, E, F... Z-body! A friend found this and can't remember why he bought it. Part number on the package is missing or we'd research it. Any brains out there know what it is??!!
Happy Sunday!
Thanks!
Ron
I'm working on a 1974 440 car and am restoring the AC system.
I order a new/remanufactured RV2 compressor for a 74 440. I also head down the path of rebuilding the "what I think is original" RV2 compressor off the car.
New compressor arrives; it has three mounting holes.
The "original"...
Are the fuel lines available in the aftermarket/ repop world for a 70 Fury? I’d search but thought I’d try the easy-button first and ask in here!
Thanks for any info!!
