This is for sale locally. I found it on facebook. I'll just quote the message the guy sent me so you can get an idea of what we're dealing with. From the pictures it looks pretty clean though.
I'm the person wit the 67 Monaco it's hella clean the only thing it really needs is a paint job and the front seats need to be redone it's not missing any thinking it's all original and it's all their an I think the motor is a 413 wedge but here's my number #7607935118 tex me if u wanna come check it out and I'm asken $3500 obo it's a really clean car for how old it is and da body is hella straight no dents
If i didn't have 2 Monacos I was working on I would be all over this, but alas, money and space restraints reign supreme. If anyone would be interested in shipping this from Ridgecrest, CA I can definitely go take a look at it for you. I find it interesting he thinks it's got a 413 Wedge, unless I'm missing something.
I would have posted the other two pictures but facebook is obnoxious to scroll through since the post is from 4 days ago. Plus the other two focus more on the Regal...
He started off saying make offer and than messaged me 3500 so who knows what he'll take...

If it's an originial big block it'll have a 383 or a 440.

Someone will have to take a look under the hood to ID the motor to know what it is for sure.

So I'm sure this is a newbie question, but how do you tell the difference between a 440 and a 383 at a glance?

The 383 has cu. in. confirmation/designation & type (HP/non HP code) stamped on a boss at the left side of the distributor.
