Not mine. Advertised all over the place (Hemmings, AutoTrader, etc.), so I hope this is not a repost.

Ive been watching this car for months .I think I'd love to have it. Not gonna happen but it intrigues me.

White interior and superlite. No wonder you’d love to have it.

Would look pretty cool back in its original yellow.
Is that a 383hp or a 440 Mag, I wonder?
The seat covers look quite generic, but at least they're not torn.

Perhaps not a bad buy at 8500 if it's not hiding any surprises.

Sice when did your taste shift to white paintjobs ?
To me it has some sort of Hurst look in that Combo. I like it a bit.

Nice car except for the gold.

Thanks for noticing . Not sure. This thing makes me look at it when I see it.

This Polara also has nuances toward 56 Fury, or 58-59 Desoto Adventurer, with those add-on gold accents. Kinda cool, whoever thought to do it.

I get that, I feel the same way about this one in another thread right now.

Same with me - not gonna happen, but nice to contemplate.

I prefer this Hardtop style over the fasttop actually. Looks somehow distorted though in the above pic, or the worst possible angle of view.

Too bad it's not the original colour, which seems to be yellow.

here is the tag[/ATTACH]

Thank you for the tag! I read Y2 and E63, so sunfire yellow was the original color (which would go better with the off-white top), and the car has a 383 high-power (another reason, I would venture, for Dave's atypical interest).

Goldenrod Garage

Here is the link to the Polara on the seller's website. Goldenrod Garage usually has some interesting cars. I've never had eyes on one but I'm thinking about trying to make it to his place sometime. My wife and I vacationed to Portland Maine a few years back and keep saying we want to go back, we had soft shell lobster every day for dinner. Freeport is only 23 miles north of Portland.

I don't know why but this truck has intrigued me for a few years. I probably shouldn't go because I'd do something stupid like buy this truck and I need it like a hole in the head.

I drive by Goldenrod Garage very often...This is most likely a consignment sale, as are most of the vehicles they advetrise. If anyone wants a better look, (more photos) just shoot me a PM !

But it will fulfill all your Home Depot needs without you thinking twice about it.

Front wheel arch on the blue one looks like it's been cut into the fender?

There was a chassis-cab like that in a junkyard near me about 15 years ago. (might still be there for all I know)
Had a V8 Hemi (50s version) with twin 2-barrel carbs on it. It looked like it had been that way forever, but I presume the intake was not factory, so odd to see on a truck. MAybe the whole engine had been swapped in?
That truck intriqued me too.
