Starting to make a little progress with the engine transplant for the '66 convertible. The patient is ready:

Is that the engine you picked up in the middle of Nowhere, PA? When you guys headed off into the Badlands following some hillbilly? And thought you were gonna be hearing banjo music?

Here's a couple of pics of my front seats from my 67' LeBaron. Sammie is going to take them to the upholstery shop this week to get them re-covered.
I spoke with him about these seats when I picked up the ones for my 77' Lotus. He was already explaining how the foam deteriorates and turns into a powder on these. I'm pretty sure they are in very good hands. We'll see in a couple months.

Pretty awesome set up provided you have the right cam & converter. Why don’t you have headers when using that intake?

Update: I should be picking up the seat by the Weekend.. the center piece with the embossed Brougham emblem is from the OE material, hence its discoloration.. he’s going to clean and brighten it up. He’s also going to show me how to clean the passenger and backseat to lighten their color as well. 42 yrs of dingy. Shout out and many thanks to Jeff, (cantflip) for the headrest as part of his last year‘s New Yorker scavenger hunt found me this one. It was Red and was dyed to match.

Yep, Mopar Performance "purple shaft" spec cam....no headers, I have a set of HP exhaust manifolds that will be going on next.
