"Little (blood) Red" Gets Her Own Thread (Too)

She's getting radiator pulled today. Plan is to make a shop visit Saturday if nothing else in Life gets in the way.

Hoping to get the coupe back on the road for some Autumn driving before snow falls. Water pump in, steering box and pump next, booster back, radiator next, carb...mechanic will go through any issues with the A5 next.

Don't forget the motor mounts Doc. The ones on Old Red were toast. Especially the one on the drivers side after being saturated with power steering fluid. Only $5 apiece and the power steering box went in so much easier.

Forgot to mention...Little Red has a nice rear end too. I could have hung out in the shop all day. It's only like 70 miles away. Probably make another trip back in a couple weeks.

Did they buff Lil Red? Looks like it has more shine that when I saw her.

Mike, where did you source the booster?
The shop has their own resources for rebuilds and parts...I used a different resource last year for Big Red in Illinois that the name escapes me at the moment...I will look at my receipts and get back to you. ***I used Rare Parts for an Idler Arm rebuild...somehow I remember that...:realcrazy::confused:

So it’s actually Dr Mike McNeedy.

"McNeedy" is a nickname many years ago given to me by my loving staff because I'm very particular about the moving parts of my work life.
I remember you addressing the source of McNeedy previously but somehow never realized you were also a "Mike".
