I've located a very nice used steering wheel that I hope work on my 67 Polara. The part number on the wheel is 2925121. 67 Parts book # is an odd one, 4003 cx9. Any insite?

Will, the 2925121 is the casting number(on the wheel), 4003 CX9 is the part number(probably not on the wheel) and indicates the color(the CX9 like Dave said). Look on the steering wheel that is in your car for the casting number that you need, you may(probably) have to remove the wheel.

Usually, EACH part number for EACH color, unless "paint to match" in later years. Still, the casting number should probably be for ONE color (as the casting would be the same for any color), but with the suffix "_X9" to designate color. As XXXXXXX CX9. Probably best to look at the physical style and color to best find the part number, I suspect. "Doing it backward", so to speak.

Just some thoughts,
