Not Mopar events, so I'll post here.
We returned day before yesterday from a four week road trip to attend three vintage trailer events, two in Michigan and one in Indiana. The Admiral and Connie both performed flawlessly and were well received. We traveled 2200 plus miles on US hwys, State Hwys and secondary roads. Closest we came to an Interstate was to cross over or under one.
First event was in Milford Mi at Camp Dearborn. Over 200 vintage campers were in attendance for the three day, event filled show.
I'll post some of the more interesting units here.

Love the Marker Lights on this one!

Nice going Will, I hope you guys had as much fun as I think you did!
We got back from over 2K miles in the Imp last week as seen in the "Comfort Tour" thread.

Thanks Matt. I loved seeing your pic's. We probably both pegged the "fun-o-meter".
Now you need a cool vintage trailer to tag along behind the Imp.

Some more pic's.

The 61 Chevy is my brothers car. All the police componants are magnetized and come off when he pulls his 55 Yellowstone trailer.
Here's a few pic's of the "Super hero's" party costumes

Thanks for sharing Will!

Makes me want a vintage trailer for the NYB. She can definitely pull one no problem.

After the Milford show we had a week and a half until the Indiana show, so we camped in my brothers yard in New Boston for a week.
In that time we were invited for a boat ride up the Detroit river and back, Uncovered two vintage trailers within a couple of miles from his house. (One of which my brother bought. It took us a couple of hours to extricate it from where it had rested for over 20 years).
We rewired his Yellowstone and now all the lights work.
Did I mention the weather was near perfect the entire trip.....?

Does anyone who lives in the Detroit area remember the Bob-Lo Island cruise boats.....? A childhood memory of mine from the 1950's

Thanks for sharing your trip. Those vintage trailers and pulling rigs are the epitome of cool/fun.

I thought there's still a Boblo boat or 2 anchored on the Detroit river? There was one near the Ren- Cen a few years back.

Sure is a fun trip to go up and down the river, looks like you guys are making memories. Congrads!!

There is a Spartan Trailer for sale locally that I just looked at, but it's about 30ft, much more than I'd care to pull with my Fury. I should have snapped a few pics. It's easy to fall in love with those vintage trailers.

Both Bob-Lo boats are no longer in the Detroit area. I was told that at least one is being refitted and will go back into service somewhere in the NE.
Would love to see pic's of a Spartan. Cool trailers.
