Camshaft for a 440............

I have used Comp Cams products, they seem to be decent build quality, I use their 911 springs with all the larger lift Mopar Cams because M.P. springs are waaaay too much$. I think their flat tappet cams are lobe profiles that work in any engine GM, Ford, and Mopar, they are not spending R&D on a obsolete technology so I can't blame them for making generic lobes. If it comes down to a money issue and just looking to warm the engine up a bit I would use one of the Summit cams the K6400 for a truck or 2-bbl the K6401 for anything else. The lobes are so slow and lazy if you round one on break in you must have used water instead of oil. They have a large LSA so driveability and vacuum will be okay.
